trouble comes in fours

My kitty and her feline friends are responsible for this new giclee print, trouble comes in fours, a reworking of a previous print known as unraveling. I'll never forget the night a few months ago when I left some well-intentioned knitting out on the floor of the living room only to wake and find that it had been the evening's entertainment for my cat, Sumi. The whole ball of wool had been made into one big messy knot. It was just too funny for words.

  1. It looks brilliant!

Our neighbours cat likes to come into our house and do the same thing...

  2. Nice one! My cats are too lazy(slightly pudgy) for any of these high jinks.

  3. Speaking of cats, check out the cute cat widget I found on ja!illustration's blog. It's on the right hand side of mine. It even makes noises :)

  4. You have a good sense of humour. I think I'd have seen that knot and scowled. I love that people can laugh at things like that. I usually scowl first and have to be pointed to the funny side. Argggh. I wish I was funnier. Really.
Thank you for the comments on my blog. I felt I needed to do more than just take that picture. We are all so silent about people's small indiscretions. We don't want to rock the boat. But sometimes we just have to. I did think about camping up there with a spotlight and video camera, but not sure I am big enough and burly enough if they wanted to belt me. I'll try passive agression first.
